At NIKOLA TOY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the toys in their original box, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location to be sent back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
